Planning out my lifts for the week.

Coach wants me to start a 5-cycle, squatting twice a week, with pause squats at least twice a week.

Yuck, but I will do anything to see gains on my squat.

He also told me to continue to do Zerchers multiple times a week. They are responsible for my Deads continuing to improve.

What do you have planned for the week?

  3. prettyheavythings answered: I did Zerchers for the first time on Friday. My abs still hurt. Definitely going to be doing them a lot more!
