I am remaking myself as Athena

Fitness enthusiast and feminist. I find that I have a different idea of how to be fit than a lot of women and want to share my thoughts. I like to lift heavy and eat home-cooked meals. I also like to discuss ideas, facts, and life. I plan to include a little bit of everything here.

My current goals:
300 lbs deadlift
150 lbs bench
225 lbs squat
15 pull-ups
1 muscle-up
The ability to do the splits

If the way I talk about what I eat seems backwards from what you usually hear, it is because it is. I suffer from a chronic illness, gastroparesis. I openly welcome and answer any questions regarding my illness.
